For authorised operators of Donate Clothes UK Reviews.

Intended use

This is a private business tool for managing Donate Clothes UK's own Google Business Profile review replies. It is not a public review-writing service or a service for unrelated businesses. Access is restricted to authorised operators.

Owner control

Connecting Google permits the service to use the approved connection; it does not by itself authorise automatic replies. Publishing is enabled only under an explicitly agreed business-owner policy. Manual approval applies to the exact saved draft and its current review version. Changing either requires a new check. Owners should verify factual accuracy and avoid personal, confidential, misleading or promotional content.

AI assistance and delivery

AI-assisted drafts can contain errors and are subject to validation and human-review rules. Google controls acceptance, moderation and public visibility of replies. A submission or matching API response does not guarantee public visibility or improved search ranking. Uncertain delivery is held for reconciliation rather than blindly resent.

Operation and stopping

Schedules, daily limits and the manual-review process are set by the business owner. The owner may ask for automated sending to be disabled or revoke Google access. Unsent drafts expire under the privacy notice; stopping the service does not remove existing reviews or published replies from Google.
